I already own the first on PC but I'll buy the second on PS3 to support EA and Bioware supporting the platform. I mean everyone should experience the ME franchise and I hope this port sells well for them so they continue with it. Also, I'm pretty sure they'll work around the plot decisions by explaining what happened to the character so newcomers won't be lost; I have faith in Bioware.

The devs have said that the final version has effects not present in the demo version for the PS3. So I'd take these screenshots with a grain of salt until the final build can been seen and compared.

This isn't really that big of a surprise since they do this already but it is nice to hear. The only thing that I'd want would be more challenges, possibly LAN support but that's not a biggie, and maybe a better offline mode because, like steam, I would like to be able to at least get the achievements I earn while offline though not necessarily have them unlock while offline.

@88Fingers: What PSN have you been using? I can only really agree that the friend/invite structure could use an improvement but for actual gaming PSN and XBLA are pretty close, especially since more high profile games on PS3 use dedicated servers.

On topic, I'll consider this once content I actually want comes up, but as of right now only the automatic update pushing is drawing me. The concept is sound I just need games/discounts on stuff I want.

This was crazy, waaaaaay out of left field. It's tough to call between Nintendo and Sony for best conference but I'd say Sony wins by a little for sheer quantity.

Already have a 360, and this looks like a cheap PC tower, so that's a no from me. They should have dropped the price though, they are now priced the same as the slim PS3 with less features out of the box.

I'm disinterested in Nat... Kinect. They need to show games that are actually worth playing. Given what was shown I would pay no more than 49.95. The tech is interesting but seems a little unresponsive and glitchy in live demos, especially for skeletal mapping stuff. It's basically just a mouse when it comes to dashboard use and I can see it becoming very annoying to use when more than one person is in the room. Basically, they need to do a lot more to get me interested in forking over my cash.

Microsoft somehow lowered the standards for E3 press conferences is one single swoop. They should have dropped the price right there, talked Kinect price, shown "hardcore" kinect games, anything. I hope the other two have better conferences than this because E3 is sucking right now, a lot. Sigh...
