As long as it's new parts of Rapture and keeps the atmosphere and gameplay of the orginal I'm already sold. Please be on the PS3 on day one.

Patcher is my hero. Bonus Round is one of the better shows about video gaming on the Internet. Geoff Keighly is an awesome host as well.

If there are dramatic differences then that means 2K and their developers haven't been able to port 100% on the PS3. Which isn't shocking considering many developers haven't been able to. Patches are possible though so those who are planning on playing Bioshock on the PS3 shouldn't have anything to worry about.
