I really want to get into Dubstep but I find that a lot of it is hit and miss. Can some of you guys suggest some to me based on my tastes? I really like:

I cam't stand any of the wubwub, Skrillex/Borgore stuff, it all sounds the same.

I dunno what dubstep is but i'm enjoying some of those Scrillex jams that have been in some Video game Trailers.   Mostly notably the reptile theme and the uncharted 3 one.

Katy B - Katy on a Mission is the best dubstep track ever. I'm sure purists hate it, but it takes the best parts of dubstep and forces them in to a genuine song, you know with verses and a chorus and a pop structure. Obviously I don't need to post it if you're British because you can't have not heard it, but the best Brit popstars never seem to make it in America so here it is for anyone who's not heard it.

If you're 'cool' then it is the music you're into. That is about the closest you'll get to a real definition. "

I tbh, think Dubstep is one of the worst musical movements to date. I've yet to hear a song that was even slightly original and technically proficient. If y'all want to lay about listening to ambient music listen to Explosions in the Sky. And if you want music that is about the bass then you're insane.

Dubstep always seems terrible when played in a social environment. It comes on in the middle of a mix, no one knows how to dance to it and everyone fucks off to get a drink and wait a while till some good unce unce unce comes back on.

Dubstep is fucking stupid.

All too often the actual "Dubstep" portion of a track sounds like it's completely unrelated to the rest of the track. Once the drop happens, it's like the worst DJ on the planet is lazily cross-fading between two incompatible pieces of music.
