He should take it down or remove the Giant Bomb logo, until he has permission. Both for legal and moral reasons. Probably has the best intentions at heart, but doing this right now is misguided.
He gave us years of fond memories, and he'll be sorely missed. My condolences to the rest of the GB crew (behind the scenes and in front of the camera) and well as his friends and family.
