Shame they didn't talk at all about the PS2 Emulation stuff. Sony have handled that stuff in such a weird way. I was hoping for another trailer that would add even more games to the 'coming soon' slate.
Ni No Kuni II and Yakuza Zero were awesome announcements.
Paragon is one of if not the worst closers to a game conference ever. I couldn't have cared less about it, looks generic and is company 356 trying to cash in on the MOBA craze and they will fail because it's not DOTA or LOL. Sony messed up big time not finishing with Ni No Kuni.
Just a quick warning for those of us in the UK! While the 'coming up' part lists 5:30PM for Giant Bomb Talk over Sony Conference, it's actually 4:30PM GMT it starts. Not surprisingly Giant Bomb haven't figured in our Clocks going back 1 hour for Daylight Saving Time last weekend.
So Yeah the Press conference and the Giant Bomb Stream I presume are starting at 4:30PM GMT
It saddens me whenever anyone talks about an all-digital future as a good thing. With their Steam refunds policy, Valve are likely to be the benevolent exception to the greedy rule. If all games are digital, you never really "own" them at all. :\
Couldn't agree more. The single benefit of Digital is that it saves space but it essentially means that not only do you not really own anything but you also have nothing of value. you can spend thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it, no way of getting any of that money back. Why do people buy houses? Why do people try to avoid buying cars with huge depreciation?
The ideas I've heard of a second hand digital store makes no sense as there is no difference between a pre owned digital product and a new one. So why would companies allow their potential profits to be undercut by this practice? If they get angered by pre owned physical releases then surely digital releases being sold pre owned would annoy them even more right?
This looks like a better example of what Harmonix were going for with Fantasia. The Implementation of that style of play is pulled off better in this imo. It's also much cleaner looking than the Hatsune Miku Project Diva games which have a similar style as well
