Having the same issue. Won't work on HTML5 setting, but the videos will load for me under Progressive

Hello. There is a picture I've uploaded which I've been trying to set as my profile picture but have been met with an 500 internal server error. I emailed support, who asked me in return to post in this forum for @edgework. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
