I can not for the life of me get some sleep!

Seriously, I'm so damned tired, and yet I can't sleep. No position I try seems to work and on top of that I seem to have developed some form disturbing pain eminating from the right side of my hip that comes in short bursts. As soon as I feel like I'm going to be able to fall asleep, what happens? Pain, yay! And I had such a good track record of getting up early in the morning, now I have to ruin it I think. Because when I eventually do fall asleep, I'm guessing that I'm going to need a lot of it.
