First off Bromley works for IGN not Gamespy so to automatically point fingers at Gamespy for Bromley's comments is foolish. Secondlly, Gamespy might not be as active as in the past but that doesn't make it completely irrelevant today. Will Tuttle, one of the coolest people in games media is still there as well as Ryan Scott. Lastly, Bromley is a douchebag who gets kicks out of making 'comedy' at the expense of others, this is not news to anyone and to blurt out that crap like he did shows just how much he lacks class. That being said, can people aim their anger towards him and not Gamespy. The Debriefings and Bombcast are by far my two favourite podcasts so I was quite upset when I heard what he said but honestly don't let one idiot's words start something that's not even worth the effort.
It WILL be between Red Dead and Mass Effect 2. I think they'll ultimately opt for ME2. Personally I love both games, I've played through ME2 twice (once on Insanity) and put roughly around 70-80 hours towards Red Dead. It's tough as hell since I love both games dearly but that last chapter in Red Dead just toyed with my emotions like no game has ever done, it was fantastic. Mass Effect 2 will win Giantbomb GOTY simply because they'll all agree on it. I think 3rd place is between SC2, SMG2 and Civ5
Anyone else notice that John Marston was buried on the ridge that the I Know You man was standing? That creeeped the shit out of me.
Though I enjoyed American Appetites the most because after the second mission I was attacked by a cougar which made me assume that cougars were eating everyone. Imagine my suprise when I found the cannibal. "
OMG THANK YOU!! I was genuinely in shock when the cannibal said 'I'll just get on to eating, now'. I pumped a whole clip into him, fucker.
