Thank you for getting Total War Warhammer to feature on the site and number 1 at that! I'm at 300 hours played, definitely my game of the year!

I don't really mind the changes as I am the weirdo that likes 3 better than 1. I'm getting this because there are so few holiday, time of year themed games. The christmas music in the menus nails it for me.

Pro tip: Turn off movement animations.

I actually like the attack animations this time though.

I just finished DOOM and am wanting to impulse purchase this, especially since it supports 21:9 monitors. Looks like it might be a little easier with a mouse.

@mars92: Yeah, other than Fernando who I played as, I don't remember the original characters. The game mode was the same thing back then though, take a point, then escort a cart.

Regardless, this game did not start as an Overwatch clone. The alpha was ages ago before there was any public Overwatch game play on display.

I'm sure that Team Fortress 2 skin was a promotion with Valve.

I played this game in Alpha over a year, maybe even two years ago. The Fernando tankie character was already there, but they must have done a pivot to have more characters resemble Overwatch at some point.

Getting around 80 fps on a GTX 1080 at ultrawide 3440x1440, just a newer processor, but it's only an i5.

Update drivers, and turn off 4x MSAA?

Chaos is already a playable faction if you preordered or bought the game in the first week of release.
