I don't think it would work particularly well because of bandwidth limitations. In addition, there will always be a group of gamers who consider games' value in the fact that they are products and not a service.
I always thought it was way too overpriced. All pricepoints for Rental and Purchase. I live next to a grocery store with one of those DVD vending machince where you can rent for $1. Plus netflix. $3-4 bucks for online rent is totally unjustified in my opinion.
I agree with the review, although the racism comment is as unnecessary as the sluggishness. To be fair, I didn't play the game, just the demo. I played for about 2 miutes and whante do throw my controller at the TV. So frustrating and stupid. I was surprised by Brad's 5 stars. Very surprised. Oh well these are just opinions.

I know. It's the sound equivalent of the "+10" you get in COD4. I wonder how they came up with this particular sound. They must have had many other "candidate" sounds but it's kind of interesting how well it works (for me anyway).
I don't know about you guys. But that sound that the game makes when you score a kill in multiplayer or even better when you score a headshot is just SOOO SATISFYING. It's like a little ring but it's not. I love it. How about you?
Don Resinger shouldn't even be allowed to write about games any more. Seroiusly, that guys makes statements about the games industry issues that are plain rediculous. I know that there is some evidence there but nobody every said "we made this difficult on purpose". Uuuugh that guy is just unbeleivable.
