He's shown touching people skin-to-skin before he does his Bio Leech on them, so it seems that he is capable of at least superficial contact.  What the rest of the mechanics are like... I don't know and am not that curious to find out, heh.  The existence of future-children would seem to say he can, though it's also possible that the older Cole may have had children with Trish before he got his electric powers.

So true.  I guess if everyone can use the same cheap exploits that becomes just another aspect of competitively playing the game, but I know how annoying it is.  I rarely have time to play multiplayer anymore, so I indulge in single-player cheap exploiting without too much guilt.

It's not cheating, it's just strategy or mild exploitation. :)  I wouldn't get through half the games I do without it!

Yes, pretty much.  You make a choice right near the end but the same events happen regardless.  (Much like the 'choice' with Trish earlier in the game.)  All that differs is the dialogue and ending monologue, and of course the color scheme. :)

It is annoying.  I guess I can see the rationale for it, that is, making platforming more fluid, but I never had a problem with fluidity in Crackdown and the Agent could jump for what felt like whole blocks without trying to stick to a building.  I found the best way was to avoid sticking to things was to use the ground-punch (Thunder Drop or whatever) and then Cole would plummet to the ground like a badass.

I really wish they had used the circle button to better effect.  Tapping or holding it down makes him drop to the next grip point, but maybe holding the button down should have made him ignore all handgrips and just dropped all the way to the pavement, and the tapping could have dropped him incrementally?

Yeah.  Choosing to activate the Ray Sphere is one of those big no-nos that you can't come back from.  (Doesn't bode well for Zeke's character?  Although he's so stupid maybe Cole can forgive him, as one would a particularly dim housepet.)  My electricity was blue and white like angelic justice because I played as a heroic goody-two-shoes.

It's never happened to me, knock on wood.  I'm just about to that mission playing Evil though.  I'll be sure to save before it!

Be careful if they send you any packages.

I'm pretty sure City of Heroes/Villains already call their periodic update things "issues", but it's still a cool idea for inFamous.

I have never tried.  I don't usually like collecting things in games.  I like it even less when collecting some little doo-dads are required to progress.  However, I have been known to sink unhealthy numbers of hours into the Sims.  "They need one more child to fulfill their lifetime wants!  Hurrah!  Damn, this one has to grow up and leave home first..."
