The connection issues were a real drag. I have never seen server issues that bad myself, and I have well over 1000 hours in Elite.
Please do some more of these. Us GB Commanders would be happy to join you as an escort while you trade and/or teach you about combat or other aspects of the game.
Maybe we could set up a Giant Bomb PVP event with smaller, un-modified ships, that way Drew could join in.
The PVP event sounds like fun, but we'd have to start our own group so no random gankers come and interfere. Also, if he wants to do some trading but not be harassed by other players he should join Mobius. I've been playing there for a couple months and it's nice to not have to worry about whether or not the commander you've come across is cool or a psycho.
Can you make it so your character isn't wearing the Vault suit under everything? I've always hated the look and it's been my first move in every game to find a different outfit.
Weird, I know, but I need my character to be visually appealing.
Absolutely. Tons of other apparel options to wear instead of the vault suit, and one of the first of them is pretty much Mad Max's outfit.
Yep, I'm wearing military fatigues under the bits of leather armor I've found.
