I can't wait to make more mobile suit abominations.
3 included most of the suit parts I'd want and there hasn't been a whole lot new in the Gundam universe that could be added so it'll be interesting to see what's new.
We're already getting immediate benefits from the Anime Strike shutdown in that more people can now see my favorite OP of the season by a country mile: the Kokkoku OP
After looking through everything I watched of 2017's offerings, I had a lot harder time actually picking 5 shows to rank for the voting. The first 3 were fairly easy to pick but I think it's been a fairly bad year for my tastes overall so picking those last 2 was tough. Granted I haven't gotten to some of the fan favorites like Made in Abyss, Land of the Lustrous, or anything else that was on Anime Strike. As I'm typing this, I just realized that Thunderbolt S2 was this year and my list is now a complete lie.
At least this year is looking to be pretty stacked and it's FMP's title to lose for AOTY.
Credits have rolled and I think I'm going to need a few days to digest everything to see where I finally land on things. I feel conflicted about some aspects of this game but also I'm way into some other aspects. My gut feeling right now is that the good far outweighs the bad and it'll end up pretty high on my GOTY list.
I find it amusing that you get hit with another battle tutorial pop-up in Chapter 10 but the next few story fights don't have a way to actually use what they just said.
Going through all of Chapters 7/8 and seeing a few of the first cutscenes in Chapter 9 while sick this weekend is an interesting way to experience the anime dial being turned all the way up. Almost wish I was still sick so I don't have to think about everything I saw while working today because there sure is a lot to think about.
@axersia: Boosters are actually really easy to come by. You can turn the items found from salvaging to the trade merchant (forget the exact name) and the rewards for some of them are money+boosters.
@steveurkel: The point of using low rarity blades is for WP gain. When you max out the tree of a blade, you get items that you use to give WP to whatever weapon class you want. This helps as upgrading arts after a couple times costs a couple thousand WP. So you try and use Blades that have the smallest/easiest tree to max out and that's a good way to gain WP.
Due to the Hot Wheels expansion being released this year, it's Forza Horizon 3. Even though it only released last year, it's likely the game with most playtime of the past few years. Even if I've done all the Championships for every course, I'll still pop in for a couple MP races or just to cruise around the world.
