most bands peak after a couple of albums unless they're full on REAL musicians.

Don't be that guy. A musician is musician because he/she makes music. He/she may not be very good, but that doesn't change the fact that he/she is a musician. Every band has it's peaks and valleys, saying stuff like that is ridiculous and ignorant.

Last time I got an email for downloading copyrighted material was like 2004. It was over a Eddie Murphy HBO stand-up. I think they saved me some time. I do however get emails every month saying my gigs downloaded is 10 to 15 times as much as their normal user (mainly steam). My ISP just throttles my internet whenever any P2P download is happening. I don't really know how they can distinguish from a non-copyrighted P2P vs a copyrighted download which is kind of worrying. The Old Republic, WoW, and any other MMO usually has the default download option be P2P which makes me wonder if that'll get flagged for copyrighted download(since it technically is copyrighted material).

When i saw top 100 scientifically proven video games, I was thinking that science has proved that the logic within a games story, physics, or other is deemed accurate. Disinterested in top 100 lists because they're literally just a sites way of getting you to click 100 times. We don't need these kind of articles every 3 months.

The uncertainty for the future of the employees at IGN is worrisome, but if the site does get split into bits and the gaming section gets separated from everything else then I think it can turn IGN into a much better site. As it stands now, IGN is a site that covers way too much and doesn't really cover it very well.

It's not surprising because News Corp is an idiotic company that has a history of overpaying for something they will later sell at a loss. They did the same thing with Myspace. Stuff like this happens all the time and it always reinforces the fact that people who get to be in high ranking corporate positions are usually just big fucking morons that managed to know the right people, kiss the right ass, or be in the right place at the right time.

They didn't really overpay for Myspace or IGN. IGN alone consistently makes hundreds of millions of dollars in yearly ad revenue alone. Not to mention Myspace which at its height made about 700 million dollars in ad revenue(during Newscorp ownership) and still consistently makes 100 to 200 million in ad revenue. Sure they sold the company at a lower price than what they paid for it, but they did not lose money on the venture.

Because people who are going to buy mists of pandoria probably already know they are going to buy it. This isn't like an entirely new MMO. It is an expansion on an already known game. Same reason they don't do a quicklook of every episode of the walking dead. If you want to know how it plays watch the original quicklook.

With so many F2P MMO's now people that left wow may want to see a reason to comeback.

It's World of Warcraft. They know it's World of Warcraft. If they want to play more content for World of Warcraft then buy Mists of Pandaria. It's not like the selling point for Mists of Pandoria is that it turns WoW on its head. It's more content for an existing game.

How did you accidentally delete the email twice?(once originally deleting it then deleting the email in the trash) Not an accusation but just wondering. Also, the support email goes to Dave or Ryan now so no worries on it going to a non-used whiskey media email. I suspect they're flooded with "where's my shirt?" questions coming in since its been 3 to 4 weeks and they still haven't sent out membership shirts (at least not mine but I haven't asked).

Yeah, whats the point? At this time in the cycle?

Believe it or not, but there are people out there that do not own a PS3/360/Wii and those people are probably incredibly price-sensitive.

I can't speak on Random PC game, TNTs, or Flight Club as I find those unwatchable, but I can say that I enjoy Jeff's Jars, Giant Bomb/Whiskey Media/Dave Radio Show, and the old happy hours.

Hyperion for shotguns, vladof for pistols, Maliwan for SMGs, and whichever is better for Sniper(except for Jakobs or tediocre). If this was a question on which are the worst it's either Jakobs or Tediocre. Jakobs is useless most of the time since its magazine size is so small and accuracy so bad that it hardly ever warrants the extra damage you get for it. Tediocre is a combination of the words Terrible and Mediocre so how can they ever have good guns. Sure, throwing guns after reloading is kinda funny the first time but it gets old fast.
