The one set in Norway seem aiight, as a Norwegian with all of my grandparents being in the resistance during the war I am always glad to see our stories represented, even if highly dramatized. The heavy water sabotage is a pivotal part of WWII. It seems to be set in the wrong location, acted out by the wrong individuals and with the wrong (line-reading slightly lackluster) voice-acted dialect, but HEY, it's cool to hear Norwegian in a AAA game nonetheless. :)
My biggest gripe with Pokemon Go was that they didn't have the turned based combat. Main reason why I never played it. Such wasted potential. My favorite thing to do back on GBC, GBA pokemon era was running around my neighborhood with a link-cable challenging other kids. Them taking that away from this game as well makes me so sad. The old games were great Jrpgs, and i get that battling is in the game, but I for one enjoyed having to fight the Pokemon I wanted to catch and grind a bit of exp on.
@architecture: why? Traditional "scandinavian food" is basically meat/fish veggies and potatoes.(best quality seafood produce in the world(Norway) The rest of what we eat is international food.
As a Norwegian, I would defiantly recommend Købehavn/copenhagen. It is an awesome town. Go there during the summer months. I would recommend ~Generator hostel~ which is very central and affordable;)
Also, whether or not you agree with/partake in pot smoking, the free~state of "christiania" founded in the 70s by hippies is a must see. Look it up;)
Been following HitRecord and JGL for a while, they seem like a great company. It's a very wierd thing for a massive company to go that route, but I like the (marketed) idea behind the decision. I have never heared about anything fishy when it comes to paying for work done.
Still haven't heard anyone mention RTCWolfenstein:Enemy Territory when talking about the tank escort gimmick in this, SW Battlefield or even Overwatch. The objective based (and match based leveling system) competetive multiplayer made me play the hell out of that game way back when.
Was it not as popular in the US, and/or have people just forgotten it?
Just got my chocobo, are there any spoilers in this quicklook?
I watched both the movie and the anime last couple hour leading up to launch, and it got me hyped. I don't care what anyone says, Kingsglave looked fantastic, and the story was allright if cheesy. Very glad I did, as it actually gave me some heart-string pulls when Noctis finds out in the game.
