This is a great list Dan!
Happy to see we agree on #1 ;)
I don't comment often, and I know people have pointed it out, but it kinda sucks to call out the wrong dev. Triternion is a tiny team that has poured a lot of heart and love into this game. I feel like you could take 30 seconds to Google who made it before the QL.
Also, there are 6 modes. 3 of them are accessible easily through the server browser.
Galaxy On Fire is a pretty long running mobile series for those who weren't aware. They're decent games, especially on a tablet with a controller.
I know I'm late on this, but thanks guys. Games are going to be important for the next few years.
It's interesting that people are disappointed with the "emptiness." I actually found that emptiness to be enjoyable. Something about roaming the streets and occasionally seeing an NPC or an enemy and then hitting the "towns" and running into a bunch of real players made the game more immersive to me. Looking forward to getting in with some friends too though.
P.S. I'm sure it's been said, but you can just equip a new weapon and put the mods on it, it'll just ask you to confirm that you're pulling it off of the one weapon to put on the new one.
As someone who's been closely following this game for years, I was already sold. To hear that they're also adding NPCs and a language learning mechanic makes the game even more exciting. June can't come soon enough.
This is awesome, I always us the best of GB videos to get people into the site. Super pumped @turboman's work is being hosted here!
@fram: Yep. I had the exact same reaction.
