If I could screw off and not worry about money, I'd go the Ryan Davis route and would like to volunteer driving one of those mini trains through the natural habitats of all sorts of living creatures (without somehow disturbing them or the environment). People get one free ride to observe and then another ride to take pictures... after that, I would grade their pictures...

Also, I'd like to have a family some day and be able to spend time just doing dumb, fun stuff with them. I can't complain about anything in my life really. I'm pretty well insulated and fortunate but most things that go wrong for me are my own fault. Outside of being a bit socially oblivious, my dream job is probably being a teacher. I think education is important not just for skill development but for personal and social well-being. It'd be awesome to make an impression or any sort of positive contribution to a future generation, especially one I feel like is being more and more left out to dry.

I'm missing 3 of the Orange box sets and these guys have me contemplating buying them even though I've already watched 300 episodes twice in my lifetime.

Kai seems hard to find consistent info on. Are the voice actors the same? And I kind of really like what the Orange sets did where you can have English dubs with the Japanese music and intro/outros, can you do that with the Kai sets?

Last years was actually the first I had seen and it was amazing with creative, nightmarish segments. I can see it being a ton of work, planning, and co-ordination for them and the video guys. Don't mind them doing it every other year since it doesn't make as much sense as in the past. I don't know if I see one happening in the fall because I think Extra Life is around then. I'm sure they'd rather use the time for that if they do.

I've had a total of 9. Six died, I sold one, and still have two working. I only ever got one replaced by Microsoft and the rest were either disk drive issues or out of warranty, which they couldn't cover either. I was really miffed about one dying because it seemed like an update had killed the disk drive, which a lot of people were reporting. I had two break at once and since Microsoft couldn't do anything, I swapped disk drives but they weren't compatible so it could only run dvd movies. I would rather think of the time I had enjoying that console than the money I spent to replace them.
