I'm glad these are posted here on the site. Jeff Bakalar is part of the family, and Beastcast wouldn't be the same without our fantastic hockey enthusiast. Love you Jeff -- you're wonderful.
I think Uncharted and Assassin's Creed are fluid climbing mechanics, but are not necessarily superior to games like Shadow of the Colossus and Breath of the Wild. Uncharted's climbing doesn't require any effort and thought by the player; and it is exists purely to transition from one set piece to another. It's not a bad thing by all means; but it's not as engaging as scoping out footholds in BoTW, or flailing around a giant in SotC.
Ben you're such a sweetheart, I hope all is well. I honestly hope you do more solo content in the future; you have a great knack for keeping the commentary up with little-to-no empty space.
Man that ending was so free of conflict. No white gumball bullshittery, Dan cleaning up and winning it all and promising everyone a beer. So wholesome. I half expected Abby or Vinny to bet their entire cup near the end.
Great way to encapsulate the ending; I totally agree. Dan offering beers with his winnings made me feel all happy: he's absolutely one of my favorites because of how effortlessly thoughtful he can be at the right time.
Glad this was one of Abby's first features too! She has great synergy with the rest of the crew, can't wait for more Exquisite Corps if it ever returns.
@greyhulkoa: This content's free, actually! But I can't convince you on whether to keep your sub or not, so I hope you find somewhere that has more value to your personal tastes!
After watching this, I don't think I'll tune into the rest of this series either, but I'm pretty stoked for This Is The Run and the eventual comeback of Million Dollar Abby!
The perfect co-op duo! Seriously, it's so common for people to backseat each other in co-op situations, but the enthusiasm between these two completely takes that away. Loved every second of this!
