How can i play Free-For-All with a friend on the PS3?
If i invite him in the lobby it won't let me select FFA because we are a team.
 
I don't want a private game, i just want me and my friend to play in the same public free for all game. Is that possible?

Or does USA and EU share servers?

 Will an american copy of U2:AT work on a EU PS3?
And will the multiplayer work? Will i be playing american or european servers?
Will i be able to play with a friend who own the EU retail version?
