You don't need to goof off in this game to make the stream entertaining. All the most fun moments have come out of people earnestly trying to stay alive and not quite succeeding.

OK brief real estate management tips:

* You buy stuff by actually going to the shops in the area and purchasing them. They can be expensive but it's worth it.

* In Real Estate management screens you can invest in those 'C' rated properties you have to improve them, and the more you do that, the better return they'll give you. Generally try to invest in as many properties as possible, you can do it once per property, per round of collections

* The security/management ratings are from left to right how their effectiveness changes over time when you keep them in the same spot. It's a good idea to switch managers before they start becoming ineffective.

* This mini game is a good way to make a LOT of money, if you put a little time into it, but you don't need to think about it too hard. Just buy properties, invest in them every time you run the minigame, and try to swap out staff when they're becoming ineffective.

@viinland: yeah they need to put on their big boy pants and do some Mr shakedown stuff for big cash. He's so easy if you just bait his charge moves and attack when he's recovering. Probably beaten him 50+ times in my game.

Eh, don't really see why they need to. I didn't fight him once, except for the forced fight, and once by accident when I was way unprepared for it and rounded a corner right into his face.

But I did both business minigames and with those had more money coming in than I knew what to do with by the end.

Hostess: *mimes opening a menu*

Dan: "That looked like she wanted a glass."

Me: *Drew Scanlon face*

Seriously though, they were basically getting it, it's just not very well explained and is much more straightforward than it looks. They'll get it.

Dan was definitely hearing a motif from the DuckTales theme song being used in the first level.

I've noticed a lot of people have a hard time hearing leitmotifs for some reason. There's a great video on leitmotifs in Undertale, that plays the music and visually illustrates how it's all basically one song, and the comments are filled with people who say they still can't hear it.

I have to say I'm very familiar with this soundtrack and also a composer, and usually very very good at spotting motifs, but I'm having trouble hearing what you're talking about as much more than a coincidence.

In this case the similarity is mainly rhythmic more than anything else, more specifically the end of each phrase. The tunes don't have too much to do with each other. Perhaps it was deliberate to end the phrases in a similar way, but it's not a slam dunk by any means, and I think it's too weak to truly be considered a motif.

"Please take care of me." That's most likely "Yoroshiku onegaishimasu." Something you might say to a new class, employer or anyone else you introduce yourself to for the first time, really.

I know it must sound hilarious for native English speakers, but it's a pretty common phrase that's just real hard to translate.

Hmm, I've seen a couple of suggestions like this, but it still seems odd. I agree that if they were going for a really literal read, then "Please take care of me" is not a bad way to translate the phrase, but that's not really a localiser's job. It's a generic greeting which is used for 'Pleased to meet you' or 'I look forward to working with you' or 'I appreciate the help' or 'Please work with me on this' and things like that depending on context, so why wouldn't they just pick something with the same general intent? It may be hard to translate literally, but it's not hard to translate the intent.

In the specific game situation it seems like he's trying to be humble and polite I might have gone with something like 'I appreciate your help'.

So my guess is that they figured a more literal 'Please take care of me' would be funnier, because I can't imagine that any pro wouldn't understand this is a set phrase.

While I totally understand Jeff's reasons for not wanting to do another Endurance Run, this Quick Look kinda just convinces me that it would actually be fine if all the organisational problems could be sorted out (which is no mean feat in itself)

I don't think there's really any 'magic' they'd need to recreate here, it just seems like Jeff + Vinny + Persona is a combo that just works. I don't think they need to be worried about living up to some standard - the main issue is how to tackle such a thing from separate offices and with schedules which are so much tougher now.

@monkeyking1969: I actually somehow only stumbled upon that event during the final chapter. I hear most of them don't disappear, and I'm taking the time to finish the business quests and any spare events I missed and still want to do before doing the final thing. I hear you can do it all in Premium Adventure too, but I want the unlocks that business gives me anyway, so...

Looks OK. I like the look of the environment. But from the Quick Look i found the writing to be cringe worthy and the voice acting bad.

Some of the dialogue at the beginning didn't make sense.

I noticed the dialogue not making sense too. Specifically at 6:15, the guy says, "What's wrong with YOU?" and the lady responds with "That's a great idea. Go ahead." then they have the back and forth about asking her questions. But her response of "That's a great idea. Go ahead" made no sense in that context.

Well, except that after that the guy says something along the lines of 'what are you talking about?' and she says 'you should guess what's wrong with me.' So it did make sense. She was deliberately being obtuse.
