I got into it after the fact but the TurboGrafx-16 has a lot of amazing games on it. One controller port is kind of a bummer though since there are some fun multiplayer games. Parasol Stars, Bonk's Adventure and a handful of others are really great. It's just a shame that system is so expensive to buy for now.

I've always been really confused for the absolute adoration of this game. When I originally played it I loved the acting and the audio direction while using headphone. Also visually they do some cool stuff, but by golly did I despise actually playing the game. The whole time I felt the "find the shape" puzzles were trash and the combat to be middling. I was hoping for this to be a Ninja Theory game I actual enjoy but I felt it was only OK. (Also yes, before people ask I didn't like Enslaved).

I've been playing a lot of Hollow Knight. That game sets an atmosphere like no other. Also it's really good at making you second guess who's a trustworthy NPC and who is an enemy. Multiple times I've walked up to someone being like "That's probabaly a shop keep" and been stabbed in the face; and vice versa.

100% yes. There's the whole monetary thing, like some people have posted, you can sell you games and get that $$$ back for new stuff.

For me personally, I want to know that I will be able to play these games for years to come. I'm on the nutterbutter end of the spectrum where I have extra consoles in case one breaks. But I want to be able to check out Persona 5, 20 years from now if I feel like it. For me there's always the fear that a service will go down, then I won't be able to access all the content I paid for already.

Yeah I would be totally fine with that. Judging by the forum I think I'm in the minority in that I like the west coast stuff better (that's not to say the east coast stuff is bad). Stuff like Old Game Show, Ranking of Fighters, and Jar Time I really like, I just wish there was more of it. To me the east coast stuff is mainly like Let's Plays and I'm not really into that kind of content. I'd like something with more discussion or historical value. For East coast stuff Bring your B-Game is pretty much the only things I'm watching with regularity from that side.

I would prefer if they has a Building the Bomb style videos while they were doing this but I understand Jason is alone over there and that's probably not on priority list right now.

Dirty Grandpa - 3/5

It was a pretty funny comedy with some nice sentimental family touches but it was very obvious from the start how the movie would end. Robert DeNiro is really funny in it.

To be honest I really enjoyed the long length of the PS3/360 generation of consoles because it let me library built up so much. Like right now I only have around 35 games on the PS4 and there's already an upgrade coming. I just feel like I'm not getting the most value out of my PS4 now.

Like a lot of people here seem to have answered I'm going to have to say no. The reason I follow Giantbomb is because I respect their opinions on games, and a review from a guest that I don't follow or even know about wouldn't do anything for me since I don't know their background on what kind of games they like or even if I agree with their general opinions.

I'm all about those guest articles though.

One that immediately comes to mind is Mara, a demon from the Shin Megami Tensei games. Like... I understand it's a demon but... that's just a dick wagon (ba dum tish).

@lost_remnant: I'm so glad someone else said The Bouncer. In addition any of the 4 incarnations of Dauragon C Mikado from The Bouncer are also terrible.
