Wii Fit Day 365

Well it is Day 365 and i have lost 41 pounds so far.  I don't do the Wii Fit exercises except stepping but I still do my weight-ins every day.  Anyone out there still plugging away with me?

Still chugging away with Wii Fit part 3.

It has been 4 months now and im still pluging away. I lost 2.5 pounds this month. Yes that is below my goal of 5 pounds but a week at Disneyland will do that. That is why my blog this month is so very late. To date I have lost 22.5 pounds and that makes me very happy. My new goal is  a total weight loss of 30 pounds by Christmas hehe during Christmas I fully intend to gain several pounds. Turkey yumm. Well I hope everyone keeps at it blog at ya next month.

Still chugging away with Wii Fit part 2.

It has been just about 3 months for me and my Wii Fit  and im blogging a few days early because I reached a major goal. I have lost 20 pounds with Wii Fit. For thoughs who have never had a weight problem this will not mean much, but for me it is pretty big. With all the things i have tried diets, treadmills, stationairy bikes, this that nothing has work so well for me. I have been able to keep my focus i think because of the daily reminders from the stat tracker in Wii FIt. I have cycled the exercises to keep from getting board and that has been a problem i have had it the past. My energy level has increased with the weight lose making it easier to increase my daily exercise. My new goal is 25 pounds by the end of my 4th month with Wii Fit. If ya keep at it it works. Blog at ya next month.

Still chugging away with Wii Fit.

      Well I have had my Wii Fit For 2 full months now and I'm Still pluging away. I have lost about 12 pound to date and I am happy with my progress. One thing i did notice for me atleast, Wii Fit alone isn't the only reason I'm losing weight. I have cut back on my proccessed foods, portion are smaller, and fastfood / junkfood. I have also started a food journal to keep track of what I eat. On the other hand I don't think I would have lost any weight if i had not been using my Wii Fit. The smack to the face when I fell off the wagen and my daily weighin tells me I gained 2 pounds. When that happens it  makes me review what I did that day and change. The daily weighins helps me recognizing what is working and what is not.

       I like the excercise because for many of us the gym is not a place you feel comfortible going to. And going out for a jog holds no interest for me.With the exercises in Wii Fit i can stand in my living room do my 45min - 60 min workout every day. I dont have to feel self conchous because the only other person in the room is my Wii Fit trainer and well he is not real. Allthough i think mine has a drinking problem somethimes he shows up complaining about a long night, or  he just doent show up and the other trainer has to take over for him. The instructers help me know what exercises I am doing and if i am doing them right or wrong. Which is very important to me because i know nothing about fitness.There is enough variety that I don't have to do the same workout every day which helps with the problem I have had other times i have tried to lose weight bordom.

      Well ill post how im doing on month 3 and for people who are considering Wii Fit as a weight loss program just get it , try it ,and just dont give up.
