After seeing Vinny and Brad's epic match during the Quick Look of Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online, I am dying to see a full-on Giant Bomb Scrub League Tournament for this game. It sounds like none of them really have much experience with the game, and seems perfect for an official Scrub League throwdown. Come on GB Crew, I want to see you guys and gals play one of my favorite fighting games.

If nothing else this succeeds in being more accessible than the ADOMs or Nethacks of the world. But I think it's perfectly decent game, especially for only $5.

Yeah, I think that hardcore roguelike players might be bored by it, but if you are interested in the genre, it is a good introduction. By the way, I would love to hear some suggestions for good roguelikes out there. I've played NetHack and really liked that, but I would be down to try some other stuff.

Jim Sterling on Destructoid said that he did every side quest and the game took him 12 hours. Still pretty short.

This is a good point about Halo, and I hope that they don't ramp it up to Activision speeds in the future.
