This was my fifth PAX East, and my 8th PAX overall. It's always a blast to see all my friends, colleagues, co-workers, and chums from around the country (and sometimes world) in a fast-paced, frantic, tiring, and fun weekend. Emphasis on tiring. I was almost ready to leave after the first full day. Almost.

Finally got the chance to shake hands with Brad, Drew, Vinny and Rorie at the show, all, as expected, really pleasant chaps to talk to, even after days of entertaining fans and their conversations. You'd think with four years of me covering this odd industry, I'd have made their acquaintance, but somehow, no! Until this year.

I'm going to miss going to these. But we all move on at some point, and I'm focusing on other things that are important to me going forward. At least I'll have tales from GB and colleagues to keep me in the know.
