Finally did everything there is to do in Super Meat Boy!

Got A+ in all levels in the 6 main chapters, The Cotton Alley and the first "Teh Internets" DLC. Unlocked all achievements, collected all 101 bandages, unlocked all characters, finished all warp zones and beat all the secret kill screen levels. Phew! Now time for a little break until the new update and the next DLC are released, then I'm going to try to earn a spot in the top 10 worldwide ranks!

Past Jeff shows future Jeff how to review energy drinks

I don't want this locked because it's "YouTube spam" or someone posted it before, or whatever, so I'm just going to post it on my blog and not the forums. If you're following me and haven't seen this before, here's one of Jeff's earliest energy drink reviews:

This reminds me how much I miss the energy drink reviews of past bombcasts. Bring them back Giant Bomb!

Much Needed Improvements on Giant Bomb

There are so many improvements that I wish to see happen on Giant Bomb. For starters, when you click on a thread in the forums, it should take you to the first post you haven't read. Right now you can only go to the first post in a thread by clicking the title, or to the last post by clicking the arrow at the end of the title.

The search engine is in need of more improvement also. Finding some pages can be really frustrating, and let's not mention the username search engine when you wnat to add users to a pm. As hard as I tried I couldn't get my username to show up on the search.

Another aspect that needs improvement is wiki pages contributions. We should be able to see who added each page to the site, who added which article and who contributed with each edit in an article. I guess this will give the edits we do more meaning as we are having full credit for them.

Of course, I love the site, its design and its content, however, these little things do bother me from time to time.

What do you guys think of this laptop? (Dell Studio 17)

It's a Dell Studio 17 laptop with a Touch Screen and a Blue-Ray Rewritable Drive. I'm not sure if the graphics card is any good for gaming, though according to Notebookcheck.net it will run all current games on medium settings.
Here are the specs:

    Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Mobile Processor (1.6GHz, turbo up to 2.8GHz, 6MB L3 Cache)

    4096MB 1333MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM [2x2048]

1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650

500GB (7,200rpm) Serial ATA Hard Drive

    Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64bit

Blu-Ray Disc (BDRW) Rewritable Drive (BD Read & Write) drive including software

    Dell Wireless 1397 Mini Card (802.11 b/g)

    Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth Module

Primary 9-cell 85 WHr Lithium Ion battery

2.0 Mega pixel Integrated Web Camera

17.3” High Definition+ (1600x900) Multi Touch LED with TL

    90W AC Adaptor

What do you guys think?

I got SFIV for the iPhone.. It's awesome.

The title says it all. I basically bought this as soon as I saw it on the App Store. I didn't read any reviews, and only saw one or two videos of the game in action. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed. I'm really impressed with how well this plays using the touch screen; I could mostly pull some pretty complex combos with ease, but there were some rare occasions when it was difficult to even do a Hadoken. My only gripe with this is that it doesn't have an online multiplayer mode. It does have a bluetooth multplayer mode, however. I can only hope Capcom will acknowledge our demand for an online multiplayer mode and include it in a future update.

This might not have the depth of the console version, but the fact that I now have an excellent SFIV port on my iPhone to play on the go is enough to keep me happy. For those of you who have a PSP, I think it's a good idea that you wait for the rumored PSP port since it's bound to be even better than this one. If you don't have a PSP, however, and you've got an iPhone then I would definitely recommend that you check this out.

Just bought STO with a lifetime subscription

Believe me, I tried to resist the urge to do it, but thanks to Jeff and his rather convincing article, I'm now boldly embarking on a lifetime journey in the Star Trek Online universe. I can't emphasize his concluding remarks enough: "Dear Star Trek Online, please please please be good." Also, I'm sure someone out there will be willing to buy my account for $50 or even $100 if the game turned out to be absolute shit in a few months. If anyone else here bought the game and needs a lifetime STO friend, you are more than welcome to add me: Axel@Axxxel

Now.. someone please punch me.

Edit: On a second thought, I don't think I'll sell it even if I get bored of the game. I'll just give it to a friend. I just hate selling stuff.

Gatorade drops Tiger Woods sponsorship--No more Gatorade Tiger

 Tuna Sandwitch!

If you have been listening to the Bombcast since back in the day when it was called the Arrow Pointing Down podacst, you'll know that Gatorade Tiger is what started the podcast's tradition of tasting energy drinks. For all we know, it might actually be the sole reason behind the creation of the very first podcast which was the first step in the creation of the site we know and love today. Well, fellow giantbombers, I have some sad news for you.. Gatorade Tiger is no more. PepsiCo has announced that it is going to discontinue its Gatorade Tiger Focus drink and said that this decision was not related to recent revelations about the golfer's private life. Let us all have a moment of silence in memory of this great drink.
