I often don't like Danswers, because Dan's usually amusing self-assured "my way or the highway" attitude grates on me more in the context of a life advice podcast than in most of the GB content. I know he's not being 100% serious, or anything, but the whole "nyaaaaaah just do a thing" style bugs me here more than other places. That's probably my own baggage; not sure why it irks me so.
Anyway, point is I'm hoping having Paul there to take Dan down a peg in a less polite way than Danny is usually willing to do will make this one work for me.
Not to mention Dan is quite naive about how things tend to work out outside of his luck-based bubble. He tends to think things will end up exactly how they worked out for him, which is hardly how reality works.
@amyggen: I am semi serious about it. It is obvious that can't tell Dan how to live or be. But manners are something that has helped me as someone from working class family in social and in work situations being treated with respect. merely advice I am not trying hate on Dan at all.
I guess you're not from America? I know that pointing is very rude in Europe and other places, but I didn't think it was such a point of contention here in the US.
Do not agree. But hey... opinions be opinions. I'd easily give this 4/5 stars.
Same. The create modes alone are fucking mindblowing. It has a ton of issues, gameplay-wise, but if you know what you're doing you can produce excellent matches with the AI and, perhaps more importantly, with friends.
