With the achievement I popped in Monopoly for Windows Phone 7 this morning, I'm now on a 45-day gamerscoring streak. Woo-hoo!

Just hit my 50-day streak on 360voice.com, 7 days shy of my personal best. I'm also at 36-days on the scoring streak, and I've already popped an achievement for today so that streak will continue. I also S-Ranked Beards and Beaks today, so another completion down.
So I'm on day 35 of a gamerscoring streak. I've popped at least one achievement each day for the last 35 days. While this isn't a huge accomplishment compared with people like Stallion83, it is a personal best for myself. However, using a lot of WP7 titles to pop easy 5 and 10 point achievements also doesn't help get my gamerscore to my goal of 150,000 by year's end.

Some people don't want to have a game collecting dust on their shelf. Some people like the convenience that GameStop or other trade-in places offer by getting an instant credit on the next game they want to play. Some people don't like or use Gamefly, so they use these trade-ins as temporary "rentals" for some games.
I know everyone wants to cry that developers are getting left out, but the fact is the developers got their cut of the game sale when GameStop or whoever bought the copy, not when the consumer buys it from the store.
Obviously there are ways to make sure more new copies of your game are played, but to simply assume that a person who bought a used copy would have bought that copy at $60 before it got to the bagain bin is just ludicrous.
Maybe this will be the end-all to the endless 360 gamertag threads, PSN name threads, and the defunct 360 leaderboard that hasn't been updated due to the problems using MyGamercard.net.
