I can vouch for that claim, however there are some problems that can come up. Only obvious thing during my playthrough was that the location bubble in the lower left hand corner of the screen remains black the entire time instead of displaying your current location. Also, you have to double check when you save to make sure you didn't simply erase your data file instead of saving over it. It happened to me once before after I was grinding a few floors in one of the dungeons and came back to save to find an empty file waiting to be saved on top of.

I think they were on to something. Why doesn't a site just show how rediculous these rating systems are by just dropping the 100% limit. The more rediculous the score is the better the game is. Another idea is to keep with the over 100% idea and just treat the scores like golf scores: the lower the better.
"I still go with the 1000 star model except that each star meant something different. So if the game was missing say the 549th star, then all of the other stars mean the opposite of what they usually mean. Also there would be stars that meant +32 stars, meaning a game could possibly get above a 1000 stars. There are also sars that mean skip a turn and roll a 7 sided dice in order to see if this is the real review. Having said that, every game should be reviewed 1000 times by the same person for an even more accurate score."

I agree that the review system should be more like your idea. However I would feel better if there were stars which would correspond to a home edition of the review which we could use to get our own review experience. Maybe a few stars mean pass go twice or eat a pie? Cake is very good I must admit, but it does not compete with the variety and tenderness that a fruit filling and crust provide.
