@ericdrum: PC, i mean i only have a GTX 660, but like it NEVER goes over or under 30 fps, unless looking at the sky, i get 60 fps, even my brother with 2 760's in SLI is having the same issue, might be a weird uncommon glitch

from the 30 minutes i've played i can say im going to enjoy the hell out of this game, even though i'm having pretty bad framerate issues
