Voted Shadow Complex, it's a great game and the only one on the list I've played. Was considering voting for Batman on the strength of the demo but I figured it would be best to wait until I've actually played it.
I think this finding is largely irrelevant as most retailers will continue operating as if the Act was in place, even if someone said they knew of the loophole and told the retailer, it doesn't mean they have to sell you the product; smaller, independent shops may do but larger retailers will still refuse the sale.
No, heard about GiantBomb after 'Gerstgate' and subscribed to the BombCast but didn't visit the site much. Since the sale of 1UP, Giant Bomb has become my place to go for video game stuff. Started watching the Endurance Run about a month and a half ago and now I'm hooked.
Enjoyed them all so far and will be downloading Mothership Zeta tomorrow. Voted for Broken Steel down to how much it added to the game and the extra hours I put into Fallout 3 as a result.
