Its wild to me that they're still basically using SFV's launch to be down on it when the game has been in a great state for a while now. Especially with this new patch that dropped that everyone universally loves. Not even a single mention of Idom's godlike run to win it all.
If we've lost cross coast bomb and beast casts I hope that GOTY isn't like it was last year where they just go down a list for 3 days and vaguely talk about games. I know some people don't like it but I absolutely live for the cut throat nature of GOTY.
This idea that I keep seeing about Death Stranding is that the people that like it must be forcing themselves to like it or something to that degree and it's nonsense. People enjoy different things and while I understand the game is definitely not for everyone I think calling it outright bad is wild.

Discs really help with the data cap situation. Discs also go on sale much faster which helps me extend my gaming dollar while sort of letting me stay in the conversation.

@kcin: The only rebuttal I'd make to this is that Dan actually played Red Dead 2 so him shitting on it is fine, meanwhile Abby has never played a Metal Gear game and actively shits on them. That's my only problem.
I thought they would iron out the wheel spinning so it wouldn't happen as much and then they just added more shit to spin the wheel to. And yea things need to be way more expensive. Golden Bananas and Boss keys should not be worth the same amount as regular collectibles.
Any time Portillos is brought up and all people talk about are their hotdogs I get unreasonably upset. Their italian beef sandwich dipped in gravy is absolutely the best thing they have on the menu and more people need to be aware of it.
