There are two games I'm not able to remember. The first one is somewhere from '97/'98/'99 and if I remember correctly it was running on DOS. The game can be played in single or co-op mode. Before each level, you can buy various weapons depending on your money. At each level you can pick up shield, weapons, ammo, and maybe money. Each level is simmilar, bassically, it's a labyrinth in which you have to kill all armed thieves, then you can move on to the next level. The game is 2d. The character is bald and has a blue or puple jumpsuit kinda outfit. The final boss name was mad dog or mad max (not to be confused with Mad Max movie, this has nothing to do with it).
The second game is from around '99 or 2000, for windows. It's a classical shoot and run platformer very simmilar to Turrican. The guy is wearing some kind of white outfit with white motorcycle kinda helmet which covers his entire face. The last boss is a giant fly.
