Great write-up! Not sure if this shows the underrated quality of the PC Engine, but I’ve played a lot of trash platformers (Psycho Fox comes instantly to mind...) and Kata-chan & Ken-chan doesn’t look too bad haha

Agree 100% with Persona 5, though I’d say it starts its precipitous drop partway through the second dungeon.

The writing seems quite abit on the nose. I played through the 2018 game and don’t remember it being this bad.
