This question made me think about a lot of shows I've liked that would fit a game best and as it turns out already have terrible terrible video game adaptations. 24, Sopranos, The Shield, Prison Break... o.O

Allow me to throw a wild card into the mix. Nip/Tuck the game - part surgery simulation, part mass effect romance system and part management sim as you sift through potential clients.

And to flip this on its head - a game to turn into a TV series. Give me the HBO Dead Space TV show!

An hour before beating the game, "Onlyyy Youuuuuuuu" began playing over a stereo sitting atop a weapons shop table. At the time I was just chilling with friendly npcs and immediately laughed to myself and wondered why I wasn't sent hurtling into a bloodthirsty rage. Knowing now how both endings played out, you'd think the devs would've scrubbed that track from the in-world radio stations since your programming seems to be so crucial to the story.

I whacked a nearby npc with a shovel anyway for funsies. OH GOD, WAIT JACOB WAS RIGHT

Had the exact same experience with "Only You" and thought the same.

Generally, while the moment to moment gameplay was fun, the story was utter trash. Having a silent protagonist really hurt the game in my opinion as there's nothing to build around. It's just evil monologue after evil monologue which are shoe horned in with laughable forced kidnapping's. It would have been cool and maybe even an achievement to fight off the hunters and offer an alternative to just getting knocked out and carried to the bad guys every few hours. Maybe if you get the upper hand you could get the jump on them instead (but with a silent character, you'd just be able to stare at them i supose). The ending made you think your entire progress in the game was pointless and that's not a good thing. You saved no one. You solved nothing.

Although I find it ridiculous that it's a silent protagonist....i'm having a good time overall. I really like the exploration, and the combat. The buddy system is nice (although when you get two and they 'talk' to each other, the novelty wears off after you hear the same conversation for the 10th time in as many minutes. I've cleared out a large majority of one territory (John's), and it's nice to know there are still two to go. Like others have said, it's more Far Cry. If you liked the previous ones, you'll like this one.

Can't say I agree, but just given the amount of coverage on the site - PUBG

My prediction for the top 3;

  1. PUBG
  2. Super Mario Odyssey
  3. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

I just finished the game today and would fully recommended it to people if they haven't picked it up yet. It builds upon the first game and I thought the open world areas added a nice amount of exploration with side missions that kept things interesting for those looking for additional content outside of the main story. My final completion time was around 24 hours but I tend to clear areas quiet thoroughly and also did all the side content I could including the shooting gallery (somehow managed to get to 100,000 on the combo game!)

For those who have completed the game, I share the love for the 'return to Beacon' aspects of the game, especially the boss rush style confrontation with Theodore. I loved the visual transitions that pulled Sebastian from one location to another with great visual flair - they reminded me alot of the ones found in the Dead Space series where they also get a similarly positive reaction from me.

So apparently Roman Reigns is ranked a 95/100 in WWE 2k18. The highest out of everyone in the game. The 'Big Dog' strikes again! (for comparisons sake - Braun is an 88)

I dropped my sub to the wwe network just before Mania this year cause I really didn't care about the direction things were going. I still check things on here and youtube to get the general story beats and whats going on and I'm super on the fence as to whether or not I should pick up the new game. You guys going to be picking it up?

I finished the game today. As usual from Naughty Dog, a very polished, gorgeous game with great character interaction.

I find the best parts of Naughty Dog games are the quieter moments where they let characters develop and talk. It comes across so much more natural then a large majority of other games out there. I liked the relationship dynamic between Chloe and Nadine and was pleasantly surprised to see Sam back again, all be it for a rather brief amount of time - he still had some great funny moments.

And as others have said - that finale was awesome. Probably the strongest in the series. I liked the general pacing and build of the story over all, it built up gradually at first then really got going and had a great finish.

It just leaves me wanting more uncharted and I think Naughty Dog proved they don't need Nathan to make it work.

Finally decided to unsubscribe from the network. I've watched it less and less since the brand split due to the sheer amount of PPV's now. They've oversaturated their own market. Wrestlemania's card looks terrible in my opinion and having just flicked through fastlane and seen Owen's drop the title like that to Goldberg was enough to make me unsubscribe. For those sticking around, enjoy the ride. I'll probably still glance at results and get the most important news right here from you guys!

I played for maybe half and hour and that was about as long as I cared to play it at all. I've since deleted it and removed it from my list of games to buy. I can see what people are saying that it could be fun with three friends on co-op, but generally it just strikes me as underwhelming combat, awful driving and a boring sandbox. I jumped in a jeep and drove straight off a cliff and just held the accelerator down aiming in the general direction of the next mission. Didn't really crash or get stuck - just shot past all the cliff faces rocks and trees and ended up with a smoking car right next to the enemy. My character said 'lets go in stealth'. We all jumped out the smoking wreckage, ducked down and 'went stealth', not a single enemy batted an eyelid.
