The reasoning behind the lack of video options is that id tech 5 is supposed to adjust the graphical fidelity of the game on the fly to keep a constant 60 fps. Unfortunately I think the omission of these options are the least of this games problems.

It's GFW so the PC version will have achievements. I'll have to buy the PC version on disc because I think it's too big for me to download from Steam with my cap.

GFW =/= GFWL. No Live achievements on the PC.

It's a Steamworks game, so it'll probably have Steam achievements instead.
