@Lilyvalley: Get a Madcatz SE street fighter IV Fightstick and look up some modding tutorials online. Its not too hard to mod it, you can get the parts from lizardlick[dot]com. Projected cost for everything isn't cheap though, your looking at about 100$ for the fightstick and parts.
