Yup, this woke me up all right.

Well, even though it seems pretty linear and combat-focused, so did Operation Anchorage, and I enjoyed that quite a bit. Count me in!

A new game with the same basic game mechanics as the original X-Wing and TIE Fighter games might actually get me back into Star Wars. They were friggin' AWESOME.

This year is still looking awesome for me. I've got East India Company coming out today, and hopefully I'll see HistWar: Les Grognards come out before the end of the year, as well as the as-yet untitled (but still supposedly released by the end of the year) Combat Mission x2: Normandy game. Oh, and also the Combat Mission Shock Force NATO expansion pack!

Particularly if HW:LG comes out, it will be amazing. Some people have been waiting 7 years for this game. Not me, but a while!
