check if your router has support for DD-WRT, the custom firmwares really help alot, and use a DNS benchmarker to pick the best server for your IP and location

use http://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm to get the best DNS server for your ISP, then if your router is compatible, flash to DD-WRT =) makes a big difference

easy, disable your net before playing.. seems to be a glitch wherein its trying to fetch some info or patch online? i suppose its the heavy traffic PSN has been getting lately

question.. when I backup my HD to upgrade it, does it also transfer DLC? I have so much DLC be a hassle to D\L it all...

is your connection optimized? you should put your PS3 on DMZ and optimize your DNS servers using DNS benchmarker :) Heck here in the Philippines I only have 1mbps wired and my downloads arent as bad as that lol

I liked the main menu music, sounds very soothing and classy... its the tune up shop music that really gets me.. sounds super cheesy
