I buy all my books, because I like reading from a book over a screen, but I tend to donate those that don't make a great impression. Music I buy online and then potentially buy the same again physically if I really treasure them, as online buys have messed me up too many times.

Games, only franchises I am very involved in get physically bought, like the Freespace boxset to replace a lost disc, and The Witcher 2, as RED did a great job with it and I love the stories.

Don't want to take it too far.

I just can't get my head around it. I just want to watch him talk about Wake-Up Club and sit with my head in my hands for a while.

I'll miss you Ryan, from the first time I found GB through the DP Endurance Run to the weekly podcasts you've been such a joy, and it looks like it was far from being just me. RIP.

And if there is any way we can help you guys or Anna out I'll move mountains, my thoughts are with you all.

@mandude: Cheesy music should be required listening. There are a few clubs around where I am that do nights of it, and they're pretty popular as well. All is good.

It was the possibility, and likelihood, if failing in the Freespace games that makes me love them so much. I still find myself trying the missions over and over to try and get my wingmen to survive, or take out the beam cannon to save my escorted capital ship. I get insanely wrapped up in the fates of the other ships, I don't think I would be able to if it weren't for the possibility of controlling their fates.

I can't see this as a good idea.  I may well be proven wrong, but in that case it shall be a nice surprise.
