I had just recently fell deep in love with Netrunner a couple months ago...then it gets cancelled. So rough. I panicked and tracked down all the deluxe boxes since I have at least one person to play with in person, but most of my experience has been online. Anyone here play on Jinteki?
Just installed it and the free copy of USF4 that came with it for preordering. I'm pretty pumped as I missed a majority of SF over the years outside of a handful of SF2 matches + my buddy and I have fallen deep into fighting games over the last year.
I loved Lawbreakers and Radical Heights had some cool ideas. The lack of refunds for RH is gross but this sucks overall. I think this group had something it was just bad timing.
I've found I really just like...being in the world? I don't love the combat either (far from it honestly) but I find time slipping away when I play. The constant back and forth with Kratos/Atreus, no matter how minor, just works. There's 1 billion chests to open but they're consistently satisfying somehow.
I'm with others in that it took a few hours to get going but I think the game is paced really well if you manage to find a thread to latch onto.
Dark Souls 2 - What an overblown reaction. It was a 9/10 compared to the original's 9.5/10. It was also the most fun I've had with PVP in the series to date.
I would say it's the best game in the series honestly.
Dark Souls 2 is fantastic and everyone that hated it is wrong.
