I voted 360 because I looked at my library of games on all consoles and the 360 is has better quantity and quality that matches my taste regarding exclusives. Don't forget about arcade exclusives.

On the 360 I've enjoyed these exclusives (although some were indeed offered on the PC):
- Fable series
- Halo series
- Gears series
- Super Meat Boy
- Alan Wake
- Shadow Complex
- N+
- Forza series
- Left 4 Dead
- Crackdown 1
- Limbo

On the PS3 I've enjoyed these exclusives:
- Uncharted series
- Demon's Souls

On the Wii I've enjoyed these exclusives:
- Super Mario Galaxy

So yeah, the math sort of worked out in the 360's favor. I know this is just my list, and some of you would have the inverse, but it's why I voted as I did.

Yeah, that's where it's supposed to happen. Jasper says he's found something in the book and asks you to come to the sanctuary. Have you restarted and had the same issue? That sucks, but I guess it's cool that you're still a little early in the game? Boo for having to repeat the somewhat boring early parts.

I've got that quest, but my bug is that the bread crumb trail won't take me anywhere. I run forward, it points back, I run back, it points forward. I found what look like some skeletal remains in the ground, but don't see anything nearby. No matter where I run the trail is either non-existent or pointing five feet in the opposite direction.

I've activated other quests and then reactivated this one. I've gone to other regions and come back. I've had it teleport me to the closest area.  None of this is working for me. Is the skeletal remains the place I need to go?

@CL60: This has been quite the adjustment to me. As I was playing I was curious if I had enough health potions to enter a battle and couldn't figure out how to find out. At another point I was curious how much money I had to figure out if I could buy that next property, but had to wait until more rent came in to catch the total update in the corner.

I guess the game presents the information when you absolutely NEED it, but I guess I want to know at other times, too. I can appreciate the game trying something new, but it is a disconcerting coming from other games that give me more options with how to interact with inventory.

I couldn't get xbox.com to work either, but Lionhead went smoothly and added my character without problem. Thanks for the heads up!

I've got it preordered, and as my package is being prepared by Amazon there's no way to cancel if I wanted to. I bring that up because no reviews have posted. It always makes me nervous when the review isn't out even the day before release because it makes me think the game is going to be a stinker.

I know Chris Grant at Joystiq got his copy last week, so I'm looking forward to reading that review. Not sure who's going to do the review here at GB, but maybe we'll see something later tonight.

I also tend to divorce myself from any hype, but things seem really calm this time around (probably, in part, to a lack of reviews). Maybe this is just them trying a new method; release an awesome game but don't talk it up, let the game speak for itself.

I guess we'll all find out tomorrow. My preorder of Reach showed up at 6:40pm, so I'm guessing it'll be that time tomorrow when I see what Fable 3 is all about.

@Irishranger: It's to allow the game to recognize what controller you're going to use.

I found this out when I tinkered with developing for the XNA framework on the 360. When you start the game it doesn't know what controller you want to use, so you have a command in there that essentially waits until you press a button and then says, "Okay! Controller 1." If it loaded up straight to a menu, you'd be moving the stick trying to select an option and nothing would happen (I don't think analog stick movement would allow it to figure out what controller you're on, it has to be a button press). So there you go.

Torchlight was surprisingly fun. Can't wait for the sequel.
