@SL33TBL1ND: As far as I know I've done everything I can. Gotten every bandage, beaten every warp zone and Grade A+'d all the levels - including the after-release developer packs in Teh Internets.
@SL33TBL1ND: No I haven't done those (except for the forest light world for the achievement). Didn't even know they added to the percentage. I think up to the salt factory they wouldn't be all that hard either.
