I start with either squats or deadlifts. Strict form, 3-4 warmup sets before doing 3 sets of 5 across.

I think the deliberations were less cutthroat than before. Which is fine, and not wholly unexpected. Good discussions, thought, I thought. Super interesting to hear Alex, that dude really served as a level head through the entire thing. Good going, duders. :)

Drew is a good man, and a funny one. And leads a life so different from the other Bombers that it makes his stories refreshing. Go Drew!

Mario and Luigi Dream Team. Or as I call it: Mari and Luigi: Tutorials. That might be the most boring game I’ve ever played, that or Skyward Sword.
