I love the 360 controls, I have no probelm playing at all. Sniping, tanks, general aiming all are very fluid. I have always loved the weighted feel of the 360 controller, the PS3 pad seems very light. 
 As for the visual comparision I dont see much diffrence, I think the game looks alot better while actually playing it...those videos make it look very poor for some reason.
