Nice. Thanks for the input! I hate dead pixels, but I guess I wouldn't have a problem if there were just 2 or 3. I'll check it out tomorrow and hopefully pick one up. If I don't plan to hack it, use homebrew or pirate/emulators at all, what's a decent memory stick to get. 2GB seem to sell for $20, but that might be overkill if all I'm doing is saving games. I do plan to pick up Beatorator sometime later. Does anyone know if the tracks in that game take up much space?

edit: oh yeah, one more thing. Is the PSP Go worth buying over a UMD-based PSP? I can't seem to access the PS Store without a compatible PS product, so I have no idea what their product catalog is like. Are there a lot of games listed? And are the prices pretty fair?

With GT out now and soon Tekken 6, I'm considering a PSP 3000. Are the UMD drives in these things pretty reliable? My PSOne CD drive started crapping out in a couple years and the DVD drive my PS2 (fat) stopped working after about a year and a half. My PS2 (slim) still runs like a champ and I've still yet to buy a PS3.

I'd buy one and use it as a BR player and PS2 (provided the BC rumors are true) until GT5 is finally released. But then again, it may have another price drop or two by the time GT5 comes out, so it'd probably make more sense to wait. =/

That sucks. GoGamer made no mention of it being a PAL version on its site and the guy I spoke with assured me that it would work. :(

I just received Guitar Hero World Tour from GoGamer and noticed that it's the PAL version. Does anyone know for sure if it'll work on an NTSC 360? I tried googling it but it just returned to**ent links. :(

I'm excited for it because Halo is an amazing series but sceptic because it isn't actually bungie making it and it's an rts on a console. Even though rts' work great on the XBox360"
It's at the end of my post. (Gametrailers Halo Wars)

In light of the new footage from CES 09, what do you guys think of Halo Wars? I think it looks interesting, but hate that it likely won't be released on the PC. I hate how MS and Bungie forced the developers to stop working on C&C's Halogen mod for this. =(

So what's it take for a game to be considered survival horror as opposed to action-horror?

What are your thoughts on NFSU? After reading through IGN's and watching GT's review of the game, it seems like it's NFS: Most Wanted with a fresh coat of paint. I really liked that game so I guess I'll end up liking NFSU too if anything for nostalgia alone. Hopefully it'll sell poorly and cause stores to lower the price sooner than later. What do you guys think of it?
