Sorry but I do feel Jeff is being unreasonably nitpicky about his precious old games, and Brad being awful at the game, yet playing on the hardest difficulty with apparantly no previous experience in the series, but still managing to blame it on the game itself...all seems a bit dickish to me not to mention unprofessional.
Man I never agree with their choices, not even remotely haha...FF7R getting axed almost immediately? No Cyberpunk, with the likes of Run The jewels, Miles Davis, great ambient and even a black metal station? No Wasteland 3 which has without a doubt the best ost this year imo? It's not that I want my choices to win, and to each his own of course but man do my tastes not align haha...
To each their own, but man most of these streams bore me to death...minecraft, fortnite, apex legends, nancy f'n drew, the sims, animal crossing...if i wanted to see those games, I'd go on twitch.
@ripelivejam: I kind of wonder sometimes if Jeff is a champion of VR or a champion of dumb shit. Leave it to him to take a dump on a hugely anticipated game (for some) with remarks that are entirely besides the point. Seriously wtf, him living in a dumpster, limiting his space, somehow is a negative of the game? Also "just another vr game", while at the same time wishing it had more dumb shit interactivity so he can get a few chuckles out of people is just astoundingly stupid. A "champion" of the medium wants to see it grow and while this isn't a huge revolutionary step forward, it definitely is a more finely tuned offering than anything else right now. I'm not even a Half Life fanboy at all, but this side of Jeff pops up every once in a while, and though I'm sure his legion of apologists stand at the ready to tell me how wrong I am, I cannot help but wonder what his motivations are.
I love shmups and Silpheed for Sega CD has always been one of my favorites. For the time it was very cinematic, and off the top of my head it's hard to think of another shmup that used it's background so well. Not to mention the stellar music.
Also congrats to Rorie for finishing first, that was amazing! And I actually kinda like the concept of the BR racing game.
Monolith is definitely the best 3 bucks I ever spent, and I'm not a roguelike kinda guy at all (Darkest Dungeon is also great though). I have about 30 hours into it, which is not bad considering a run takes about 30 min. I never finished it though, couldn't beat the last boss. Also missed the update, because there's definitely some stuff here in the vid i haven't seen yet. Might have to reinstall...
I love Brad, but he never ceases to make me facepalm when I watch him play. Brad can ultimately become extremely good at a videogame, but the thing with him is that initially he's baffled by everything and it takes an agonizingly long time for him to adapt.
Where I come from, I've never EVER seen a person not put their cart back. That just does not happen. And then that lazy bitch yells at the guy too! Common courtesy, ever heard of it.
Also doesn't The adventures of Baron Munchausen by Terry Gilliam have a hot air balloon? That's a pretty good movie.
