@Prodstep
Have you tried stress testing cpu/ram/gpu individually?
Can you reproduce the error that way? That might help you narrow it down atleast.

Programs you can use for this:
Prime95 for cpu/ram
Furmark for gpu

Edit: Oh and also you could try doing 'memstest' on the ram

@JCTango
You might want to check inside your case if the heatsinks are clogged with dust. And blow-clean that shit!
Just dont use a vacuum cleaner, use a can of compressed air or a compressor (if its oil-free)

As for temperatures I would recommend googling for discussions about your model and its temperatures.
Because the recommended temps are different depending on the model.

My earlier gpu could easily handle 90+ Celcius
While my current one should probably stay below 70.

@JCTango
Just try alt-tabbing out of a game and then back in again.
You should notice the fan noise go up/down right? (your fan cant possibly be that quiet)

You dont need to be too paranoid about temperatures, its not going to blow up.
Most likely it will show artifacts on screen or ctd if it gets too hot.

Im just curious why you would want to.

Other than potentially damaging your ears, i would say its fine.
But then again logic says your fan life might shorten (not sure if thats the case though)

Why dont you just set up rivatuner or something to throttle the fans at different temps?
