When I read this ACAB stuff, I'm always left wondering how people think a modern society would function without the police. They're kind of essential. I get that you have problems in America with your police force (though I suspect a lot of those perceived problems with the police stem from the prevalence of firearms), I also get that different people have had different experiences with the police, but the ACAB narrative doesn't help anyone.
Grouping all cops together in your thinking, based on the behaviour of the worst of them, is the same mentality behind racism, the same mentality behind all prejudice - it is flawed reasoning. Society needs the police, so it makes sense to promote a police force that serves society's interest and to celebrate good cops whilst condemning bad cops.
