This might be an unpopular opinion but this won't change anything on how games are made. They sold 8 million copies in a week. They will fix it over time and people won't think about it until the next big fuck up.
I have played for about a half hour so far. I am really enjoying it so far. I am going to have to take it in small doses being the first game I have played in VR that lets me move freely instead of being in a static location. I already feel attached to the main character and am looking forward to putting some more time in under the hood.
I think that solution misses part of the point of the story. The reason Faro killed the Alphas and destroyed the education arm of the plan was because the evolution of weapons to destroy weapons is what lead them to this end. If you think of it from that perspective Elizabet's plan is the best way to move forward. We see it in the real world. Making weapons to scare people from using weapons doesn't actually work.
I can't speak for other people who are critical of the animations or voice acting in the game, but I think a lot of this frustration comes from a confusion on what criticism is. I call it out not to be little the game or others experiences with. I call it out because I think they game is going to be good. I just point it out so we can say it could be "even" better. Not all criticism is negative or meant to tear it apart. I hold them to a high standard because they called the game Mass Effect and I know they can make something incredible.
I would love to tell you its great.... but I havent gotten past the first load screen in the game. Ive been trying since 11pm last night and every time I hit play I get a loading screen that never goes anywhere. Ive already redownloaded the game and still get the same problem. EA is a pile of garbage not sure what I was expecting.
Havent been able to play my new PS4 for two days now. Starting to get supremely frustrated and better be getting those two days back of Playstation plus I just payed for.
