Thank you Ben for all your work. You have provided a very bright spot on this site and in my life personally through more than just the dark of the recent past year. I always found you engaging, your opinion valuable and thoughtful. You will be missed, I hope your future is bright and full of love and life. As you slide down the banisters of life, may the splinters never be pointed the wrong way.

I've watched the whole season. It was worth a watch if you are a fan of the world from the books and game. They definitely sliced some things up and stuck them together story wise from the books. I enjoyed it, I just had to put myself into a headspace similar to watching something like The Expanse.

Good list and a great read. I have almost jumped into judgement a few times, you might have just sold it for me.

I got a Large of the new era zips last year it it fit perfectly, and that is normally the size of top I wear. Now to me perfectly for a hoodie is slightly loose but arm length was perfect and no tightness around the chest and shoulders. I work out as well and know the issues one can have with sizing (which is why i switched entirely to stretch jeans now) but I can say mine fit well. It has been my favorite hoodie since I got it.

I would love a santa hat

I spent so many hours in EverQuest. Raiding the Avatar of War to the planes of power. I remember the wonderment I had when running around as a newly rolled wood elf and just marvelling at the size and scope contained in just one play area. Having to be on time to take a boat to other continents, the travelling to disparate lands wasn't a slog, it actually felt like adventure with a story to tell about reaching your destination. His work, and this game created a time and place in my life that I will never forget. It is truly sad to hear of his passing and it is hard to quantify the mark his work left on my life. RIP

I can respect the sentiments around most disappointing coming up around the game. I thought it was a great perspective personally as I was in the marginal group of people that didn't have issues with most of the subjects brought up in the discussion. I also didn't understand the whole 10 hours to get into thing that kept getting discussed as it felt like a pretty natural flow to me, but once again I know I'm in a very small group with that being the experience and I think the fact that experiences like mine were the minority speaks to what Dan and the others point was. This was just a dig in the heels moment that Vinny described as I believe pig headed which is not far from the truth. Same shit, different year, different category.

P.s. How bout Dem Bears?

AGDQ is going on now and it wasentioned that none other than our own Alex is a donation incentive to pick as the save name for the Nier run that will be happening at AGDQ. Just thought that was bad ass that he is included as a donation incentive.
